Russian Federation - MONEYVAL - Jurisdictions:

"While cash smuggling across the borders (for placement outside the Russian Federation) is known to occur, more typically, money laundering is through the financial system – particularly via the large number of banks. Frequently money laundering involves the movement of illicit proceeds through “butterfly” companies (which exist only for short periods). Their bank accounts are used to transfer money for non-existent financial transactions to offshore centres. The laundered money is then returned for integration in the Russian Federation by investment in legal commercial business, the purchase of real estate, and the purchase of shares of enterprises, particularly in the privatisation process."

The main economic or financial crimes which generate large amounts of illegal proceeds are: fraud, illegal entrepreneurship, misappropriation of funds, theft, malfeasance (including bribery), smuggling, counterfeiting, tax evasion and embezzlement of state funds. The economic loss from such economic crimes was thought to be 51.2 billion RUB in 2001 and 33.9 billion RUB in 2002.

Corruption, misuse of permissions in bureaucraty, abuse of power - (Will be updated)

"Politics are corrupt when people are corrupter in Turkey."

Turkish people are not, for their habits, much critical  -or with the contemporary trending term- proactive. Their intelligent skills are much more adapted to applied skills but creativity is not more employed although they have their own perception of aesthetics especially in the conserved regions of the cities with historical past which contains quite minimalist and meaningful notions, they can conceive any aesthetic perception either and endure it even through decades in architecture or traditional arts and unfortunately in the language as well.

Creativity is a broad issue and analytic approach to the arts had once took the curiosity like Bela Bartok in Turkey working on Turkish folk music. These were a work of analyse of heritage which is necessary especially in the times of transformation.

" In his 2007 book on Jim Jarmusch, author Juan Antonio Suarez remarks that the director’s films “are centrally concerned with situatio...
